According to the real estate blog Movoto, the state you live in could be a factor in your stress level.
Movoto took into consideration the percentage of the population with a commute over 20 minutes; the rate of unemployment; hours worked; population density; percentage of income spent on housing; and percentage of population without health insurance.
Given all those factors, here is the list of the most stressful states to live in:
1. Florida
2. Georgia
3. New Jersey
4. California
It was Florida’s 11.3 unemployment rate and 25.8 percent of the population without health insurance that earned it top honors.
